really easy and turn out best. I have used different recipes but this one was best. I am sticking to this one from now on. I might put a bit more honey.

Lush!
I will make this again, and maybe add chocolate buttons to the banana slices that are pushed into the top. It sank but I think I made the mix too wet. It tasted great still.

Great & easy recipe
I added Half Rum & Half Apple Juice. Which made it even more tasty.

I was pleasantly surprised because it was super good even though I ran out of baking powder — I ate most of it myself in multiple sittings.

I tweaked the recipe by using an extra banana, half a table spoon more honey and some chocolate chips as I wanted the loaf to be a bit sweeter. Worked well but had it in the oven about 5 minutes longer than the recommended bake time. Will be making it again as it was a big hit!
