- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 banana (very ripe, mashed)
- stevia
- sweetener
- honey
- 1/2 cup quinoa (cooked and cooled, prepared as per package instructions)
- 1 cup berries (chopped if they are large, I used a mixture of raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries)
- berries (additional, for garnish, if desired, optional)
