- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. canela
- 3 bananas (mashed, Make sure they are yellow but slightly green; very ripe bananas do not work well)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup applesauce (pure, unsweetened)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 3 Tbsp. fresh blueberries (after mixing in the gelatin egg)
- mini chocolate chips (Or if you are not following AIP, you could add in the same amount of)
