  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour (100%)
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning (I like Penzeys.)
  • 1/3 cup chicken stock (or canned chicken broth)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (good quality, I like Fini Brand)

    Really good! I just used corn starch and seasoning on the chicken, instead of flour. Real crispy

    This was a good way to dress up chicken breast. I cooked my pounded chicken breast 3 min on the first side and 4 min on the second. I Then tested temp with a meat thermometer prior to removing from heat.(155• degrees) then tent prior to plating. I will double the mushrooms, and triple the sauce next time. Easy and Delicious!

    Salutes the chicken in oo. Used double the chicken broth and added a little flower to thicken. Will make again

    Very tasty! Doubled the mushrooms & halved the chicken & the sauce ratio was just right.
