    Overall would make again. I didn’t have garlic olive oil so i added olive oil and garlic separately. Didn’t have so much of a balsamic taste it tasted like regular potatoes seasoned just a bit but would make again

    I drizzled some modenaceti glaze that has balsamic vinegar in it but not a lot as I’m not a big fan of the flavor. Didn’t have garlic infused olive oil so used regular evoo and then added minced fresh garlic. Yum!

    it was pretty good, i went lighter with the balsamic and crushed up garlic in the pan instead of garlic infused Olive oil

    So yummy. I didn't have garlic infused olive oil so I just added some minced garlic to the bottom of the pan.

    Pretty good and easy to make! I recommend cutting the potatoes up pretty small though, maybe about 1/2 in.
