    it was pretty good, i went lighter with the balsamic and crushed up garlic in the pan instead of garlic infused Olive oil

    So yummy. I didn't have garlic infused olive oil so I just added some minced garlic to the bottom of the pan.

    Pretty good and easy to make! I recommend cutting the potatoes up pretty small though, maybe about 1/2 in.

    It turned out amazing! I would tweek it a bit to taste but its so good
