Sweetened the carrots nicely. Something a bit different from the normal boiled carrots. Will use this again for family dinners.

Flavor was good but the instructions didn't tell you how large or small to cut the carrots, which plays a big factor in cook time, and as a result I felt like mine were not cooked long enough.
