- 4 1/2 lb. pork tenderloins (2 packages with 1 tenderloin in each package, For the four of us I only cooked one of the tenderloins)
- 4 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic (cracked or chopped)
- steak seasoning
- coarse salt
- black pepper
- 4 sprigs rosemary leaves (fresh, stripped and finely chopped)
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme leaves (stripped and finely chopped, I used a teaspoon of dry)

I followed the recipe but grilled it instead and it was really good! Seared both sides on medium high then finished on indirect grill to 145 degrees. Tent and rest 5 minutes.

Really easy and quick. The tenderloin had a lot of flavor too. This will be me go-to for pork tenderloin from now on!

This was super easy and very good! My boys loved it! We will definitely make it again
