- 4 pork loin (slices, about 1 cm. thick)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. herbs (Provencal)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/3 cup water

Directions
- Sprinkle both sides of each pork loin slices with salt and black pepper
- Heat olive oil in a skillet on the stove on medium-low heat.
- Add the meat and cook on each side for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. Remove the meat from the pan and place the meat on a plate. Set aside.
