    Lovely salad! Couldn’t get Goats cheese or kale, substituted danish feta and spinach leaves. Will definitely make again .

    This was incredible! It was very easy. I made a quick balsamic glaze beforehand (only took 10 minutes) and I substituted baby spinach for kale because that is what I had on hand. I did closer to 3 oz. of goat cheese because... well, it’s goat cheese. I served sliced pears on the side. Make this. You will be soo happy you did!

    This was delicious. I added a tiny bit of fresh basil. Great as a vegetarian main course.
