Well that was strange and slightly unpleasant... my husband said that the concept really isn't tied together by anything, as well. A more fitting name may have been, "Sour Cooked Turkey & Spicy Apple Chunks". Considering another reviewers advice I reduced the vinegar by 1/3 and that was my only change.

Excellent! Ground turkey can get a little boring to me. This recipe is simple and such a fresh take on turkey.

It’s a little too vinegar-y for my tastes. It has a solid base, but I think cutting the amount of vinegar used by half, it’d be much better

Love this! So easy to double and add more veggies to. I use it on its own or in a wrap for lunch. Freezes well and tastes great!
