- 1/2 cup Wish-Bone Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 12 figs
- 1 purple onion (medium, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices)
- 8 slices ciabatta bread
- 6 oz. baby spinach leaves
- 2 oz. radicchio (sliced, frisee and/or mixed greens, about 2-1/2 cups)
- 2 oz. prosciutto (torn, optional)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 oz. goat cheese

Directions
- Toss figs with 1 tablespoon Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing in medium bowl; set aside. Brush onion with 2 tablespoons Dressing. Grill or broil figs and onion on grill rack, turning once, until figs are caramelized and onion is tender, about 4 minutes; keep warm.
- Brush 1 side of bread slices with 1 tablespoon Dressing. Grill or broil, turning once, until toasted 4 minutes.
- Arrange spinach and radicchio on serving platter. Top with onion, figs, goat cheese, pecans and prosciutto. Just before serving, drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing. Arrange toasted bread slices around platter.
