Very tasty! 😋 I used a bit less balsamic vinegar because I was afraid my husband would say,”It tastes like vinegar”. He didn’t! The sour taste cooked off and it was just tangy. I will definitely make it again!

Wow! Really good! Used a bone-in pork chop that was a litter thicker but adjusted cooking times and it was really flavorful. Saved it to my “favorites” for sure!

Absolutely delicious! I added some crushed garlic just after the onions were done, then I did the reduction. It's really good. Next time, I may cut back on brown sugar a little bit.

So easy to make! And so delicious! I'm not usually much of a fan of pork chops, but I would definitely eat them more frequently with this onion-balsamic reduction! I used a whole onion, because I didn't want half an onion leftover in my fridge and it was scrumptious served on top of the pork!
