It was tender and juicy but a little too bland and far too sweet for me. Might make some alterations if I decide to make this again in the future.

My main change was using fresh garlic. I baked this rather than grilled and broiled it for the last 5 minutes in the oven. It came out fantastic, great recipe. Thank you!

Delicious. I substituted the honey with date paste due to dietary restrictions and it was wonderful.

marinated it overnight. super moist and tender. outside burned just a little but did not effect the finished product. cooked it over direct heat on a small erdinger Weber grill (cast aluminum) but just kept the heat on medium. def will make again!

Cooked for an additional 30 minuets for a 5lb loin. Meat is moist and has sweet wang flavor to it. I will be repeating it
