Wow! This marinade is so good :) Threw a ripe peach into the mix also with several different flavored olive oils which I’m sure added to the wow factor. Did not have marjoram so subbed with rosemary. I am going to use this marinade from now on. Making a caprese chicken sandwich with pounded chicken breasts in this marinade.

Super results. Had some Habenero Lime balsamic on hand which was wonderful. I also used boneless/skinless breasts butterflied and they cooked lickety-split without causing much more than some great carmelization on the chicken. Cut the cooking time to about 12-15 minutes. Served with cilantro lime farro and spring sweet peas. Great combination of flavors.

It's great it's like the only one I make now I've made it so many times and everyone who tries it loves it! Can be thinned out and used as salad dressing, too

Used this marinade for a dinner party. Guests loved it...even without a long marinade. I used chicken tenderloins.

This was a delicious meal I marinaded overnight. Increased to 2tsp lime juice & replaced thyme/marjoram with 1tsp Italian seasoning.

Loved this marinade! Unfortunately, I didn't get to marinate it as long as I would've liked, but it was still delicious! I'm looking forward to trying it again with a longer marinade time! Will definitely make a lot this summer.
