- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- pepper

Directions
- Stir everything together. Place flank steak in shallow pan and marinate 3-12 hours in fridge. Grill on medium heat cooking each side approximately 4-5 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
