I made just for myself. I added an onion before I thought it said that in the recipe. I see now that it doesn’t but it’s still good. A bit sweet. But tasty.

I’ve made this several times with no modifications, always good. Wife says…don’t change a thing about the balance of this dish! Kudos to the author.

This dish was so delicious and definitely restaurant quality! I didn’t change a thing but used chicken breast because that is what my husband prefers. I did use extra olive oil for the mushrooms. The sauce is amazing! I couldn’t get enough of the mushrooms! This is a perfect dish to use for mushrooms that need to be used up. Will make again and again!

This recipe was delish! Made it with chocolate balsamic vinegar it was so good. This one is a keeper!

This recipe was really good! I was a little worried it might be a little to much on vinegar side but it was just right. The only thing I might add something to make the sauce a little thicker but over all I would definitely recommend

I used 4 pieces of boneless breast meat and 4 pieces of thigh meat and doubled the recipe. I also brined the chicken for a few hours before I made this. It turned out amazing and my kids devoured their plates. This will now be a regular dinner in this house!
