Oh my goodness! This was delicious. I used arrowroot instead of cornstarch, but otherwise made it as written. We used it to glaze pork loins, and it elevated the meal to restaurant-quality. i could see this as a wonderful sauce for pork chops as well. We will use this recipe again!
