    A delicious treat for our Valentine's night. Easy to prep, I added three carrots and two parsnips, both chopped. Both work really well as they soak up the jus and taste fabulous. Also added a handful of kale on the side for some greens. The taste of the dish works brilliantly with a chocolatey red wine, Syrah has a similar finish and compliments it perfectly. I will definitely make this again. If you want to impress a date, give this a try!

    Yummy Really tender and juicy, great flavor. I’ll use this as a base recipe for lamb, varying the seasonings and adding lots of veggies

    Delicious, I will be making this again. Delight savoury flavour. I used Balsamic Vinegar infused with figs. Otherwise I followed the recipe as directed, no tweaks which is not like me. Thank you for sharing. YUM
