- 2 zucchini (medium, halved lengthwise)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup white mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup ragu old world style pasta sauce
- 2 Tbsp. panko bread crumbs

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Scoop out pulp from zucchini halves, then chop zucchini pulp and set aside. Arrange zucchini halves on baking sheet; set aside.
- Heat olive oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook garlic and onion, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Add chopped zucchini and mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in Pasta Sauce; heat through. Evenly fill zucchini with vegetable mixture, then top with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes or until zucchini are tender.
