Love this! So quick & easy! I changed up the recipe since it's so versatile: I used apples instead of blueberries, molasses for sweetener & one teaspoon each of vanilla & vanilla Stevia. I also used one teaspoon of apple pie spice & half a teaspoon of cinnamon. To keep it lighter, I used almond milk & tahini in place of butter. I baked it for about 35-40 mintues. Perfect for a chilly fall morning. The options are endless: cranberry-apple, pumpkin, strawberries, etc. Will definitely make this again!

It was delicious! Really easy to follow recipe. I substituted with almond milk, brown sugar and pecans.
