- 2 zucchini (medium sized, or about 5 small)
- seasoning
- garlic
- salt
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (if you don’t have mozzarella use any favorite cheese blend. The pizza blend or Mexican blend works well too Don’t worry about exact proportions. Just sprinkle the cheese on to the thickness you like – the more cheese the better for me!)

This was good. I did use too much seasoning salt. I will probably cut the Zucchini bigger, use less salt, add garlic powder and maybe not broil the squash just melt the cheese.

Turned out great! In reference to Dawn's comment below about zucchini turning out mushy. You can make the zucchini crispy by putting heavy salt on sliced zucchini and let it set for 10 min. Flip zucchini over and repeat process. The salt draws out the water in the zucchini and you can use a paper towel to wipe off salt and water Then follow recipe like normal.... Hope this helps. : )

Never can get them crisp . They’re mushy and fall apart and I followed the receipe exactly .

Delicious! Great as a side, quite addicting. I don’t normally have mozzarella in my fridge, substituted Mexican blend, turned out great. Will be making again!

Followed directions but couldn’t find my season salt so used garlic salt and pepper. Turned out wonderful!

This is a very tasty recipe that I've made a few times now. My husband liked the version where I used Seasoned Salt but I preferred the batch that had Garlic Salt. Next time I'll just do half Seasoned & half Garlic.

Excellent! I made this with yellow summer squash and zucchini and sprinkled a little Italian seasoning over the mozzarella. Yummy!

Used garlic salt instead of the recipes recommendation just based on what I had on hand. Turned out well
