It's what my husband and i refer to as a "repeater".... he has requested it to be added in weekly. For the two of us, it was perfect, the leftovers were as good as first day, warmed in the oven. I added more garlic because that's just how this Italian girl rolls. What I love is that this is a great recipe on its own; but makes a great base recipe for whatever add-ons you want . I can see sausage, groundbeef, mini-meatballs, or if you want to, tons of different veg for a healthier version.
