Super duper quick and simple, yet delicious! I wish we would’ve had a lemon, but it was delicious without! I halved (ish) the recipe since it was just 2 of us and it was perfect for the 2 tilapia filets we had. We made up some couscous and seasoned it how we wanted, frozen fresh corn, whipped up a salad with some fruit and nut toppings and a pomegranate vinaigrette and voila! We’ll definitely be making this again. The topping is so good with parts of it that are just a little crispy/crunchy. Give it a whirl!
