- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk ({or substitute 3/4 cup milk with 3/4 tablespoon vinegar})
- 2 eggs (beaten {for an extra healthy donut use 1 tablespoon ground flax seed and 3 tablespoons water for each egg})
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

- cinnamon sugar (a combination of granulated sugar and cinnamon {make to your tasting})
