- 2 bell peppers
- 1 Orange
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 handful dill
- 1 red onion
- 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Directions
- Make the marinade for the fish. Chop the dill, add the crushed garlic, lemon zest and juice from 1 lemon, 2-3 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Smear the marinade all over the fish. Don’t forget the inside. If you have time let it marinate for 30 min.
- Roughly chop all the vegetables. Throw them in the baking pan. Add some olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to coat all the vegetables.
