Easy recipe, but too much salt. Next time, I will cut the salt, and other seasonings in half. Maybe, a tad more corn starch too. Another baked tofu recipe I tried called for soy sauce instead of salt and seasonings and I think I prefer that recipe.

I loved it ! Really there are so many ways to make this to your own liking
It’s yummy as is but I am also going to marinate in some sriracha sauce with pepper flakes for a kick
