Quick and tasty meal! I used half a can of diced, fire-roasted tomatoes for the two tomatoes. I didn’t have capers or a jalapeño so I left them out. I served it over white rice.

Turned out really well! I think the calorie amont may be incorrect, the recipe shows it to have 315 calories per serving.

Awesome! The 2nd time I made it I added raw shrimp along with the tilapia and they both cooked perfectly!

I didn't really like the dish taste like a bunch of tomato sauce. The fish came out mushy and fell apart.
