Delicious. Easy! I use ground turkey instead of beef and add shredded lettuce before serving. My entire family really enjoys this.

These turned out way better than I thought really liked them and super easy passes the recipe on to my daughter she’s making it tonight :-)

We eat them all the time. We add black olives and tomatos. Wonderful, easy and not messy for the kids.
