Pretty good! I had to modify by using cornstarch instead of flour and liquid aminos instead of soy sauce to make it gluten-free. I also added pineapple, peppers, and red onion. I think I’ll add cayenne or something next time for a bit of heat.

Very good
Cut amount of sugar in half tho and it was still plenty sweet
