- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 15 oz. artichoke hearts (Can of, drained, patted dry and quartered)
- 9 oz. frozen spinach (defrosted, drained, patted dry and chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. diced pimentos (you could also use red peppers here)
- minced garlic (optional and to taste)
- paprika (for garnish, optional)
- parsley (for garnish, optional)
