- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (/sesame oil )

- 50 grams miso paste (white miso paste also works well or Gluten Free alternative)
- 40 grams mayonnaise (vegan optional)
- 1 lemon (roughly 50ml )
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- black pepper (to taste )
- 15 grams sesame seeds, toasted
- 250 grams puy lentils (Cooked)
- 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 15 grams spring onion (finely chopped)
