Soo tasty! Added extra salsa, one can of black beans, a can of Dole Southwest corn with red peppers and kidney beans and baked covered at 375 for 40 then reduced to 300 for another 45 minutes. Chicken breast were falling apart. Served over a bed of mexican rice.
