- 2 salmon steaks (skin off)
- 6 asparagus spears (woody end chopped off and sliced into approx 3cm bits)
- 1 leek (white part only, sliced. I chop it in quarters lengthways, then slice it down further into little strips)
- 2 spring onions (chopped finely)
- 120 grams spinach (bag of, and rocket mix)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced or diced very finely)
- 1 minced ginger (x tsp)
- 1 olive oil (x tsp)
- lemon juice (squeeze of)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 Tbsp. water (you can add more but you can't subtract it if you add too much)
- 1 tsp. ground coriander seed
- pepper
- salt
