I dont really eat a lot of fish but i cooked this for my husband because he loves it! Needless to say his brother stopped by and they ate the whole dish asparagus and all! id call that a success!

Really good- easy to make for a quick weeknight meal for working family- may need to adjust time to 30 minutes guess it depends on how you fold foil. Couple pieces a bit uncooked at 20 minutes but overall the dish was great - nice lemon taste and not too fishy. Will do again definitely!!! Maybe with Mahi - sounds extremely yummy and can’t wait!!!

So so good!!! AND... so so easy!!! We are on a journey to healthier eating in our family and I'm always looking for easy meals as I am not one who gets thrills from hours in the kitchen. This meal was a home run!!! Simple to prepare, easy to clean up as I worked and since it's a foil pack, no messy pan!!! My husband took a leftover pack for his lunch!
