Excellent! The only bit I changed was using full-fat plain yogurt instead of sour cream, which I didn’t have. My husband loved the sauce! Definitely will make again. Thick salmon cut weighing 1.4 lbs cooked in 10 minutes at 400F and an additional 7 minutes at 450F for perfection.
