These turned out INCREDIBLY well. Absolutely delicious. The texture was on point and the flavor is amazing. For a great sauce, use a spicy mayo - combine mayo (1/2 cup), lemon juice (1.5 tablespoons), and hot sauce (1.5 tablespoons), and salt/pepper to taste.
