- 1 Tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (or Italian blended shredded cheese)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (to hold together)
- Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (for rolling or use Panko)
- salt
- pepper
- cayenne
- 1 tsp. garlic (granulated)
- 1 clove
- olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. diced tomatoes (or tomato sauce, optional)
- 1 cup ground sirloin (cooked seasoned, or any chopped leftover meat you have from previous meals, sauteed the ground sirloin first with 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons freshly chopped garlic salt, and pepper, optional)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
