This was soooo good. After the 45 min covered cook time, I melted some butter and poured it over the bread crumb topping and baked, uncovered, another 20 min. Everyone loved it.

Delicious! I love this recipe and if it’s not “gilding the lily” I drizzled Thousand Island dressing over my serving. Yum!
