    Delicious and fairly easy, used the fresh caught trout I had and it turned out great.

    Fantastic my family loved this. Recommend to go heavy on the cracker pepper. Makes is so much better

    I put it on foil since I didn’t have parchment paper and I suggest oil the foil so the skin doesn’t stick
