- 2 garlic cloves (finely diced or a tbsp of garlic purée)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 slices bread (slightly stale)
- 90 grams grated Parmesan
- 1 handful sage leaves (roughly chopped)
- 1 pinch seasalt (and cracked black pepper)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (carton of, with chilli, or plain chopped tomatoes with a finely diced chilli)
