Ingredients
- 3 potatoes (medium)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley (minced)
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and minced)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Cut the potatoes into 1-centimeter thick strips.
- Place the potato strips into a bowl, and then add the oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix all of the ingredients well until all of the potatoes are completely coned in oil.
