    Serious comfort food! I used roasted garlic instead of the onions. Instead of preparing the potato skins, I cut up potatoes with the skin on and fried them in the bacon grease. I cut back on the cream cheese and sour cream and added 2 T more flour. I know this is not the most healthy dish, but for an occasional treat it's amazing!
