Easy, yummy and a go to on busy days when I don’t have much time to prep a full meal! Bake these up while I’m doing other things, throw out all the fixings for loaded potatoes! It’s a winner in my household!!!

Baked one extra-extra-large potato equivalent to two small. Washed, pierced all around rubbing olive oil and then sprinkling coarse sea salt all around. Baked the potato for 90 minutes flipping it over after 45 minutes. Felt hot after removing from the oven, squeezed it open and the meat of the spud fell apart. Added French Onion Dip, Extra-Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese and crispy bacon bits. Worth all the time in the world to prepare and a no fuss dinner/snack. Why bother buying ready made from the deli and fast food. Highly recommend cause you can prepare it to your liking with no fuss 👍 🤗

Best baked potato I have had since I was a kid! I even ate the skin which I never did before, crispy outside yet soft and fluffy inside. At first reading the reviews I was scared my potato would come out bad since I didn't dry vigorously. I just pat dried my potato with a napkin. It still came out wonderful. Thanks very much for sharing a simple yet tasty recipe!

Great, but my potatoes were soft to the touch at 1 hour. I let them rest whilst cooking the pork chops. They were light, fluffy inside with a yummy crusty skin. Perfect!

I did not care for it my potatoes were very dry. You Have to cover potatoes and other foil!

They turned out delicious. Instead of salt and pepper I used a Montreal Steak Seasoning.

We had these for a dinner party with filet mignon shish kebabs. Our guests thought these were one of the highlights of our dinner. They asked for the recipe and I said they were the easiest baked potatoes I have ever made! I am definitely making them again for the next two dinner parties. They are great for barbecues because I can make them in the house and let the barbecue be free for other parts of the dinner. I highly recommend ten!!!

Great this recipe was very helpful. It was the easiest (most simple) set of directions I've read for a baked potato. I added a few extra ingredients to mine for more flavor (bacon bits, sour cream, and cheese.) 👍🏽👍🏽
