These turn out well I like to spice them up a bit with some diced jalapeños and a touch of cayenne. I like to do these as meal prep and serve with a brown rice mix that includes almonds and a touch of cinnamon. I top the melted cheese with a little extra parsley for garnish when serving.

It turned out really well it just wasn’t to my taste, a little too rich for me.
