I like this I did make some changes I added peas and mushroom,I also used cream of mushroom soup and Boneless pork chops and cooked for 30 mins @350 deg I used instant rice serving for two.I will use less water next time it was a little to wet.

Pork chops were tender. I followed directions except cooked for one hour at 350. The edges of the rice were dried out. I will cook again when I need a quick and easy meal.
