We enjoyed it and my husband would like me to make it again. After reading the other review I adjusted the oven temp to 400 degrees (used my small upper oven that seems to cook a little hotter & faster.) checked it after 20 min, chops were 140 degrees and rice not done. Re-covered and put back in for 20 min. Rice was perfect, chops a little dry, but still good. Next time I will remove chops a little earlier & continue to cook the rice. Family loved the rice. (I used Jasmine).

I made this dish exactly as instructed. The meat was dry and the rice was nowhere near done when finished. I had to spend extra 20 minutes cooking the rice in the microwave and the meat got even drier!
