- 8 cremini mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 yellow onion (sliced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
- 1 lb. whole wheat penne (doesn’t need to be whole wheat)
- 3 cups sauce (store-bought arrabiata, or you can use marinara, I preferred the spicy sauce)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 1 cup frozen peas
