Thumbs up on this one. Did not do the double layering, just went with noodles on the bottom and everything else on the top. Makes a good amount too.

I liked the recipe, it is super fast and can be modified in so many ways. I used Oaxaca cheese and added frozen corn, frozen green beans and diced red bell pepper to the recipe.
