We used fresh spinach, added italian seasonings to the ricotta mixture and used mild Italian sausage. Super easy, lots of leftovers, boyfriend was impressed. ☺️

I did hot Italian sausage instead of chicken sausage, I added shallots, mushrooms and fresh spinach, added garlic powder, red chili flakes, dried basil and dried parsley to the sauce, extra parmesan and mozzarella and added garlic powder, basil and red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture. Once I did all of these tweaks, it was great. I would consider halving the recipe next time, because it made so much food!

Excellent! My family loves it. I used spaghetti and substituted kale for spinach. It was so tasty, I’ll definitely be making it again.

It turned out delicious. I did make more of the cheese mixture. I'll would definitely make again.

Turned out wonderfully! A great meal for a picky kid. I used pasta made with veggies by Barilla to add extra veggies. I also used chicken kale sausage.

Awesome! My husband is diebetic and I have high cholesterol, so this was a dish we both could enjoy.
