- 6 Tbsp. orange juice (approx. juice of 1½ oranges)
- 1/4 cup honey (for Vegan option substitute 2 Tbsp. agave)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. Sriracha (more or less to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 3 cups rice (forbidden, aka black, cooked)

This was really good. Even husband really enjoyed it and went back for seconds. The sauce is not too sweet but has great flavor. I drizzled the cauliflower with oil while baking because they started to get dried out without it. I did the soaking method for the rice and found no difference in the cooking time (it still took 45 min to cook), so not sure that part is worth it. I added sautéed zucchini and bell peppers to have some extra veggies.
